Leadership Training by Sayar U Myo Min took place on July 14 (Sunday) and the Leadership Training comprises the lessons on the definition of Leaders, the Nature of Leadership, how to measure Leadership and Challenges of a Leader. And the participants took part in various team building activities to improve their communication and interpersonal skills.
The Management Meeting began on 15 July (Monday) at 8 AM in the morning. The agenda of the meeting includes the Overview of the Company by Acting CEO, the Financial Performance of the company by CFO and the Branch Performance Overview by COO. After that, the participants of the Management Meeting discussed issues regarding their challenges, difficulties and suggestions in positive manner.
